from St. Apples

The war was always there.  The war was always over there.  The war was between them.  You and I knew nothing about the war only the “war.”  The war was always there and the war was between them.  The war and the ones who made it.  The war and the war’s reflection were interchangeable.  The “war” and the “reflection” are interchangeable.  The reflection is where the war was.  You and I knew little about the war other than the war.  The war was always there.  You and I did not speak of it and so knew little of the war.  The war could not speak because it was a war.  Because it was a war it was between people.  The war is between the “people.”  The people have the war.  You and I were present when the war began.  I and you are present.  We were presented with information about the war, but the war was always there.  I could read about the war to you, but then the war was between us.  You could read about the war to me, but then the war was between us.  The war used the people to make it.  Without the people the war would not be made.  The war is in the hands of the people.  The war is in the heads of the people.  The people lose their heads in the war.  Some of the hearts of the people are in the war.  There is hand-to-hand war and war on hand.  You and I hold hands.  The war is always there.  The people are in the war and you and I are on the other side.  The war is interchangeable with the people.  The people have been in the war before.  Before there was the war there was the people.  The people have the war.  You and I do not speak of the war.  The war is for us.  The war is about handing power back to the people.  The people want the power in their hands.  You and I do not have our hearts in the war, but the war is always there.  The war is always there where the people are.  The people have the war on their hands and in their heads and the war is always there between you and me.  The war and the hearts that are in the war and the hands that are in the war and the heads that are in the war and the you and I who are not in the war at all because the war is always there.  The people have the war and the war is between the people.  The people fight over ground.  The war is about the ground.  The ground is between the people and the war.  The war and the people are about the ground.  The ground over there.  The ground between us is not where the war is because the war is always over there.  The war between you and I is just the “war.”  The war is not in the heart of the war.  The war is not in the hands of the war.  The people have hands and lose their heads in the war.  The war makes people lose heart in the war.  The war is between the people and it can be lost.  The war is between the people and over the ground and it can be lost.  You and I do not speak about the war because we think the war is lost.  The war is over.  The war is over there.
